My Portfolio

With almost five years of experience creating documentation for SaaS and cloud-based software platforms, I specialize in translating technical complexity into clear, accessible content that enhances user experience and accelerates product adoption.

At SugarCRM, I wrote and maintained documentation for a SaaS product used by enterprise clients worldwide. I collaborated with developers, product managers, and UX teams in agile sprints to produce and maintain developer guides, release notes, user manuals, and in-app help text.

Additionally, I bring over a decade of experience in technical support, where I developed strong empathy and communication skills while helping customers resolve technical issues. I have also worked in cancellations, billing, and nonprofit database maintenance, which has helped round out my professional experience.
